This is the whole point of these deployments- wear masking, beat up people, murder, terrorize the population, etc.  Make the people hate maga, republicans and take their revenge.

I agree with everything else but it isn't true that they aren't deployed in Texas and Florida. They are in the top three for detentions. They are just doing it differently, not aggressively and on the street like in blue states. Their defense is because the red states "cooperate." Obviously they want to punish and terrorize blue states.[/quote]

ICE/CBP is definitely operating in Texas. A whistleblower recently came forward about warrantless house searches.  The searches are happening in Texas.

The whistle-blower group said that the memo was not widely distributed within ICE. Rather, some ICE officials were provided an opportunity to read the memo in the presence of a supervisor and give it back.
