I only care about my DD and she will thrive under his approach to the game. She will be one of his favorites because she can play and will be committed to what he is trying to implement, which means that she will not need to leave the field so an unserious and/ or selfish player can get her “fair share” of playing time. I also hope his “abusive behavior” will cause some of her unserious teammates to move to a team or club more in line with their level of seriousness and commitment. I’m sure the haters will be offended by my perspective, but that’s why my DD thrives when decisions are based on merit and you whine about fairness. [/quote]

Funny, I was thinking the same thing as you. But I just realized the problem, we have GFR and VRSC parents here so they don’t know what serious players do outside of their clubs because these are not serious clubs. [/quote]
