They told us as much last year but parents kept pushing for start time changes so they threw up the only two options that are feasible and asked people which one they disliked the least.[/quote] They should never have sent out that survey. They could have just said that the options for change were not viable under the current budget restraints. Suggesting that elementary kids could start at 9:50 was educationally unsound under any circumstances.[/quote]
