It doesn't mean the info about Baldoni's alleged verbal abuse will make it before the jury, it was just kind of a cheap shot that Lively threw in there. I was wondering why the 47.1 motion came out now, since Lively is still collecting evidence from Wayfarer (which, we may wonder, could be some of the most damaging evidence since Wayfarer has not turned it over, so why not wait?). There was some speculation they dropped it because Eleanor the Great had its Cannes Premiere, and that seems to be as good a theory as any.[/quote]

Except the TMZ piece quotes Blake’s team saying that the declarant will likely testify against Justin at trial, not Sarawitz.[/quote]
