[/quote] And these are finer details of successful magnet program people don't fully understand - importance of cohorts, importance of teachers, importance of support structure from home (that's you parents) and kids who are driven to do well. All of these have to be lined up. While not perfect, the current program has all of these (but I think not enough good teachers is the weak link right now)[/quote]
