You say they remind you of the WASPs of the mid 1900s. Funny thing about those WASPs is that they discriminated against Jews, including rich Jews. Jews were prohibited from joining country clubs, and established their own for that reason. Woodmont Country Club right here in Rockville, Maryland was founded in 1913 when Jews were prohibited from joining other clubs in the Washington, D.C., area.

Discrimination will always exist, racism, sexism, classism, ageism, antisemitism, etc.  How are wealthy white jews affected worse than any other minority person in the US? In your opinion, is anti-black racism not a problem because intra-black violence kills more people? Above and beyond the baseline level of violence and discrimination and prejudice that non-Jewish Americans face, Jews have to face an additional level of all those things because they are Jewish. No one is saying they are more or less discriminated against than any other minority. Only that they are a minority, and they are discriminated against.[/quote]
