Tens of millions of people here illegally.
When they see people having their assets seized and placed in prison, anyone, not just criminals, and then deported with no luggage, 
many of these illegals will choose to leave on their own, getting to leave with luggage and money and not having to be in prison.

Entering the United States illegally is a crime.

Being here illegally after overstaying a visa is a civil infraction. It’s easier to deport illegal immigrants through civil proceedings. Illegal immigrants face a special judge, the government does not need to provide them representation and the burden of proof falls completely on the illegal.[/quote]
