Unless there were other people around or a clear footage to review, that is just one side of the story: his side. Doesn't make it true. They let him return to U.S. Did he do something to the drink she had that night/morning? Or was he too impaired to do anything? Did someone else come onto the beach when they saw a woman alone on the beach or shore in the early morning it was probably still dark at that time. Still many unknowns.[/quote]
