How about "Hey Hamas, stop violating international law and using hospitals and schools as shields for your wartime activities?" He has absolutely increased education funding, you just aren't paying attention. He has done as much as a president can without a Congress to help, in terms of guns. He is not an authoritarian.[/quote]
