No.  He said he was assigned with the Seals.  What about that is not true?  He never said he was a Navy Seal.  Anyone who has served would know that.  Lots of military serve with units different from their own branch.  [/quote]

He didn't use "assigned" in the debate last night. Watch what he said. He clearly tried to imply he was a SEAL.[/quote]

DP.  These are his exact words and completely true:

"I deployed to Iraq [b]alongside[/b] U.S. Navy SEALs in places like Fallujah, Ramadi."  He was assigned to a SEAL unit, so of course he deployed alongside them.  Honestly, you people arguing semantics just sound idiotic.  'God save the queen!'  [/quote]
