All transfers.[/quote] They do a great job at developing players. Look at the 22 class that came in as freshman. The best example might be the close defenseman that was WCAC first team this year who had to wait behind the 22 class. I am sure he competed and developed along side those players in practice for three years and then performed when he got his chance his senior year. You can also look at how SJC plays more players mid to late season than at the beginning. That shows development and pointed out by Bob Shriver during their game against St. Anthony’s two seasons ago.[/quote]
