DP. Legally that’s all fine and good. Morally, if he has actually been cheating left and right as has been rumored it seems a bit hypocritical to break what most people view as part of the whole marriage deal and then try and demonize her for not wanting to do the same. I don’t think she should get wealthy but I do think she should get enough to purchase a place in the neighborhood the kids already live in. 1.5 million is not going to do it. He made a big point of saying the kids aren’t evicted with the mom which…is good. But practically how does that work when he is gone for months at a time for work?[/quote]

If she has been cheating (and it wasn’t in response to him cheating first) I still think he should provide somewhere nearby for her to live but perhaps it could remain in his name like Britney Spears did with KFed when he was in California. [/quote]
