I saw that Page Six article but read it differently.  People keep framing the debate as over Brady playing in the NFL or not, which misses the point.  If Brady had stayed retired but threw himself 150% into other business ventures that took him away from home just as much, they would be having the same issues.  The problem is not the NFL, it is Brady making decisions that are 100% for him without any consideration of how those decisions affect the rest of the family.  He seemingly took for granted in making this decision that he could do whatever he wanted and Gisele would mop up behind him, never mind that she has her own professional goals and made commitments under the expectation that he would be home more, because that’s what he promised to do.  She’s reached her limit on playing that role in their marriage.

That she missed his home opener because she is in New York for photo shoots and business meetings says it all.

DP, but you are not understanding PPP's point - the richer Tom is the better it is for all of his heirs and any publicity that would tarnish his image could potentially cut into his wealth-building potential.  As to the bolded, people who love him don't seem capable of realizing that he's awful (left his pregnant girlfriend for a supermodel, cheats at football, is an idiot who thinks he's concussion-proof because of diamond water, went on an Ain't I Great tour selling the fact he was retiring for his wife, then immediately unretired and they all still crap on his wife for being upset), so I'm sure that's not a concern of his.[/quote]
