[/quote] I don't agree the way that Roe was decided but: - I think that stare decisis is an important judicial philosophy; and - I think think that the 10th amendment gives rights to the people that are overlooked in Roe Just because Roe was not the most soundly written piece of judicial writing doesn't mean it should be overturned. The court doesn't re-write or overturn every single opinion just because it was written in a. way or through framing that the justices disagree with. [/quote]
