literally, you are posting anonymously on an internet message board, calling a youth sports club dog shit and bragging that it will "lose several players," (a) as if that's not par for the course in youth soccer, and (b) as if it matters.

life is short, man. find a healthier way to deal with whatever is eating at you. i don't mean to be flippant here. consider talking to someone.

Not PP. Also, not a crystal ball reader. rather an official that has worked for many years in the area. While I wouldn’t necessarily be excessively graphic with the observation I do have to say their teams across the board are below average. My sister’s kids played for Loudoun and it is hard to grasp their performance considering the resources (money and fields) and bloated pool of players. Just my two cents. [/quote]

Agreed. Poor coaching is the main problem. There are a few good ones (R.A.T. for example) who win consistently, proving your point. Not sure why they have such a problem finding more good coaches[/quote]
She is actually a big part of the problem.  Winning at all costs at the young age groups and not developing good soccer players is in the DNA of LS.[/quote]

Her ego and foul attitude runs rampant and has the club grabbed by the privates forcing her daughter (who has no capability whatsoever to work with children nor the experience - my DD ‘player’ under her) to be an E licensed coach at the so-called higher tiers. Jumped right in before folks that have been at the club for years. Some a decade or more. Hasn’t nepotism being covered in just about every LS thread? Wonder why. [/quote]

Winning at U11, 12 or 13 doesn't mean anything.  Many of her players?  Loudoun is a huge club so it is pretty safe to say that some players are going to be good regardless of the coaching with that size of the club.    [/quote]
