Overall I think Hogan has done a decent job but as things started to get a bit harder and nuanced, he’s not willing to make those decisions and abdicating to local leaders that have varying degrees of expertise and resources. Coronavirus.maryland.gov now shows a graph with 7-day rolling averages for test positivity and test volume.

Statewide, we are at 12% positivity, which is a HUGE improvement. For today, we had an 8% positivity rate. The CDC recommends 10% in an environment of increased testing as a benchmark for significant loosening of restrictions, so we are VERY close to that. [/quote]

Not PP, but what tests were being used in the state of MD before the additional 500k was procured?
