St. James is VC backed and must be bleeding cash badly by being shut down right now.  They may go under soon.  And if they do, so does FCV.[/quote]

I have no skin in the FCV game.  St. James may well go bankrupt.  If they do, the facility is not going to disappear.  The current owners will be wiped out.  New owners will acquire the asset out of bankruptcy.[/quote]
