This is a local area benefit (meaning the community is low income, do every child who shows up for a meal is presumed eligible). If you don't live in a low income area you probably haven't seen this happen. . Where I live there are banners in every park. We also have free meals at all community centers when schools are closed for weather and most after school programs provide a free dinner.[/quote]
