VDA has great younger teams and might get there. BRYC seems to be hit or miss, i.e. strong teams some years and weak teams other years. Loudoun is building an ECNL quality program and I imagine that it will take them a few years to get to a more competitive level. MD United will always have competitive teams because it is pulling from Southern MD, PG County, HoCounty and AA County. The Armour (Former MD WS) will dominate with ties to Pipeline/SAC and accessibility for players living near Baltimore or the surrounding areas. [/quote]
