Munoz is a case study in the pitfalls of affirmative action. I bet the directors who thought they were being progressive by making this dolt CEO are regretting their decision now.  He needs to get sacked now and replaced with someone new who pledges to restore United's abysmal reputation by treating customers - not their shitty selves - first.[/quote]
