First off, I'm sure Lisa and Ken do donate to "human" causes; we've seen them do so on the show, we've seen them volunteer, etc. So it doesn't have to be all or nothing.

That being said, [b]humans are not more important than animals[/b]; we humans believe that human life is the most important life, but that's not objectively so. Humans have more agency and can advocate for themselves; animals cannot. Animals cannot organize and stop animal cruelty. So it's important for humans to work to protect animals, especially from other humans!

Finally, it's Lisa and Ken's money/time/energy, and they can do with it what they like.[/quote][/quote]
