Israel tried for 50 years to bring about a two state solution. Do you remember the Oslo Accords in the 1990s? Yitzhak Rabin even scarified his life for it.

And as always Palestinians chose no, just as they did after World War II. Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Jordan weren't independent countries either after the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire. But they've all been independent for more than 80 years now even though they are all very complicated, multi-ethnic states. They had the wisdom and foresight to work with everyone and make the necessary compromises to bring about independence.

It is only the Palestinians that choose war and violence over and over again. Decade after decade. And the entire Middle East - not just Israel - has had it with Palestinians and their years of stupid decisions. There is a reason every border in the Arab world is closed to Palestinians.

But please do enlighten us and inform everyone what the Hamas peace plan is. We're all listening. What does Sinwar and his followers and admirers here in the US have to say about bringing peace to the region?

Claiming to negotiate with one hand and building settlements with the other. And then coming down on Palestinians for legitimate resistance. Just like it is pretending to negotiate right now.

And folks in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, and Amman are far more interested in doing business with Tel Aviv than they are in listening to whatever billionaire leader of Hamas is bloviating about in Qatar today. At least those that are still left alive after Israel killed the last one. And you are sadly mistaken about Arab concern about Gazans. Do tell? Which campuses in the Middle East have the pro-Palestinian encampments?

You think you’re smart but you’re an imbecile. The college encampments are about protesting the US funding of the war. Every bomb that hits Gaza and kills children was made in the USA  not in Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, or Egypt so why on Earth would their universities have pro Palestinian encampments?

Take that up with American college students. Go bomb them. We know you’re itching to. If this were in the Middle East, you wouldn’t hesitate. I know you guys hated that in 2001, this article came out where the Us military wanted to create buffer zones and a presence in the West Bank to prevent Israeli aggression.
