Israel is such a horror show. Its existence undermines the moral authority of the US. Remember Israel has made it clear there is no two state or one state solution. So what are Israeli plans for the Palestinians?
Remember that the overwhelming majority of Palestinians do not want a two state solution. And, of course, that Israel accepted the UN partition, while Palestinians did not. And yes, the current Israeli government is also awful.
That was true only for a brief snapshot in time— or have you forgotten the existence of the West Bank settlements which are entirely contrary to the UN partition they “accept”?
Israel tried for 50 years to bring about a two state solution. Do you remember the Oslo Accords in the 1990s? Yitzhak Rabin even scarified his life for it. And as always Palestinians chose no, just as they did after World War II. Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Jordan weren't independent countries either after the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire. But they've all been independent for more than 80 years now even though they are all very complicated, multi-ethnic states. They had the wisdom and foresight to work with everyone and make the necessary compromises to bring about independence. It is only the Palestinians that choose war and violence over and over again. Decade after decade. And the entire Middle East - not just Israel - has had it with Palestinians and their years of stupid decisions. There is a reason every border in the Arab world is closed to Palestinians. But please do enlighten us and inform everyone what the Hamas peace plan is. We're all listening. What does Sinwar and his followers and admirers here in the US have to say about bringing peace to the region?
You and your dumb friends always fall for this story. Just like now, Israel never had any intention of building peace or letting Palestinians have a state. It has always been a performance. Claiming to negotiate with one hand and building settlements with the other. And then coming down on Palestinians for legitimate resistance. Just like it is pretending to negotiate right now. So incredibly ironic when Israelis talk about every border of the world being closed to Palestinians. When the world’s borders were closed to Jews, it was horrible. When they are closed to Palestinians, it is somehow justice?
"Legitimate resistance..." That's what you call your terrorism. From Munich to the atrocities on October 7th. It's absolutely hopeless with Palestinians. The Saudis hate you. The Jordanians hate you. The Egyptians hate you. The Kuwaitis hate you. The Lebanese hate you. You cannot go anywhere in the Middle East. Gaza is leveled. You have destroyed the lives of the Palestinians for 80 years with your stupidity. And now you are aligned with Shi'a Iran. Brilliant idea. You keep doing the stupidest thing you could possibly do for an independent Palestine. And you persist, decade after decade after decade. And now you invade Israel, butcher a 1000 civilians, and start a war you cannot possibly win FOR WHAT? I have known amoeba cells with more brain power than the Palestinian people.
And yet all those 5,000 pound bombs and billions in money can’t destroy tunnels built by Gazans. Yikes. Why would they not befriend the Nuclear Shia Iran? Do you think the Saudis, Jordanian, Egyptians love Israel more lol ? The Saudis needed Americans to convince them recognizing Israel out loud and in public as a friend was ok. Nobody in Israel’s neighborhood ever liked Israel. They bring war any continent they go to
No one gives a damn about some tunnels in a blighted, heat-blasted strip of land that absolutely no one wants. You are welcome to live in the tunnels until the end of time. And folks in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, and Amman are far more interested in doing business with Tel Aviv than they are in listening to whatever billionaire leader of Hamas is bloviating about in Qatar today. At least those that are still left alive after Israel killed the last one. And you are sadly mistaken about Arab concern about Gazans. Do tell? Which campuses in the Middle East have the pro-Palestinian encampments? I'll wait. And what Iranian bomb? And how on Earth do you think a theoretical Iranian nuclear weapon is going to help some Gazans huddling in the rubble? Palestinians - making bad decisions yesterday today and tomorrow.
You think you’re smart but you’re an imbecile. The college encampments are about protesting the US funding of the war. Every bomb that hits Gaza and kills children was made in the USA not in Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, or Egypt so why on Earth would their universities have pro Palestinian encampments? Take that up with American college students. Go bomb them. We know you’re itching to. If this were in the Middle East, you wouldn’t hesitate. I know you guys hated that in 2001, this article came out where the Us military wanted to create buffer zones and a presence in the West Bank to prevent Israeli aggression. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2001/sep/10/20010910-025319-6906r/
