This is insane.  And, there are NO illegitimate members of the court.  It's rhetoric like this that leads crazies to try to assassinate those he disagrees with. [/quote]
Yes.  Better to just accept women dying in back alleys (nice priorities by the way)!  Also, no one said anything about assassinating anybody.  The court could be fixed procedurally fully in line with the constitution.  
And to the majority of Americans, the justices that let their religion dictate their rulings (especially when women lives are on the line) are completely illegitimate. [/quote]
