He also threw a MOAB over Afghanistan and killed Suleimeni in Iran. Because Trump was unstable and unpredictable, people feared doing grand gestures to embarrass the US like this.

This is a huge embarrassment for the Taliban to parade around in old US tanks. We went there in 2001 to defeat the Taliban and create a new Afghan government trained on our dime but on day 1 of the US troops left, the Afghan government  surrendered the country back to the Taliban and U.S. troops were killed.
