I don’t have a dog in this fight but I can say that I have been watching high school sports for quite some time and STA players and their parents have the best sportsmanship hands down. I have never heard one of their players talk crap to the other team. If they did it would be the last time they did it because they would be benched. Something I have always admired.[/quote]

Clearly, you have not been to any of their games this season then. I have seen one Varsity and one JV game and during both have witnessed an embarrassing level of bad sportsmanship. I doubt you have been down on the field with them, but I can promise you, they "talk crap" for sure. I realize all boys will do this, but this season in particular has not been the best in terms of sportsmanship and gentleman-like behavior. I was a parent of a player on that team, I would have a serious discussion with the new coach. He's not setting the right tone at all.[/quote]
