She's actually giving the middle finger to the voters.  Since the MSM is giving her glowing coverage despite the fact that she has yet to outline one policy she plans to implement (other than the one she stole from Trump), she isn't bothering to speaking to voters or the media.  Why should she?  The media doesn't seem to mind that nobody knows anything about her plans.

The voters, however, are becoming increasingly wary of her ideas considering her past statements and actions.  [/quote]
