From one non lawyer to another, we simply can’t know. Cannon made a lot of bad calls in her ruling, which is kind of surprising to me, given her past. We don’t yet know which judges of the 11th circuit will decide this emergency issue. The 11th circuit tends to skew conservative, but I’d hope they want to clean up the ambiguities in Cannon’s order. She just wasn’t clear, and someone need to fix that. [/quote]
