Wait till next season and you will see. Things change fast in youth soccer. Most of their players left. They are just picking anyone who shows up to fill up the roster. That is a recipe for disaster for sure.[/quote]

Why leave when the new coach is the head coach at GW? I would assume that coach has a lot of college connects. For most of our DDs, the reason to play ECNL is to play in college. GW?  Thee are two local rockstars on that team.  The rest are not from the MA much less Nova.

Coach is a straight shooter. If you are expecting him to give you a leg up on recruiting you better ask FVU if they are also paying him to be a college coordinator. If he isn’t it shouldnt matter as its on team family to get DD noticed.

If your plan for staying is for DD to walk onto GW you’re doing this wrong. Unless there is a transfer portal exodus the roster will remain full of non VA talent.

Coaches job is to coach. FVUs job is to market and sell. Are they currently doing s good job of that with the older talent?  From the sounds of it you may have a difficult season next year. Plan accordingly.[/quote] :thumbup: [/quote]
