That's called a super progressive tax system that is so steep, no country in Europe has it.

Yeah health care and affordable education are the two most important thins. Without these two things, how can people even qualify to get the jobs that are basically gifted to the upper class through hereditary or class/racial gatekeeping? This is why there should basically be no generational wealth allowed.
