He might have made a different decision to run for Senate now, given that the environment is more favorable for Democrats than it was when he bowed out of the Senate race. But it probably was daunting to run for Senate again so soon after he had lost, and he's young and talented, and he has a lot more years ahead of him to run for office[/quote]
