I can’t tell them apart. It all sounds like regurgitated Sabrina Carpenter music. 
When Taylor was promoting a modern twist on Ophelia’s fate, I hoped the heroine would come to her senses and gain some character strength and agency. Nope, a man has to swoop in and save her from drowning in melancholy, just like men drove her to drown in the original story. And not any man, but a dimwit whose main allure is his wood.

Her financial success is not your success. A successful tour does not mean her newest material is amazing. Rolling Stones and U2 gross billions on tours and haven’t had a hit record in decades. She’s fallen off. An aging pop star milking her fans fan base. [/quote]

Let’s be clear . U2 and Rolling Stones have been very successful but no one has made 2 billion in a single tour. This is not something we need to debate a simple Google search shows that Taylor Swift is the world record holder for 2 billion on a single tour-  you are adding up revenue from all Rolling Stones and all of U2 tours from their careers..and they’ve been around hell of a lot longer than Taylor.

Her other tours have done phenomenally well so if you add them to eras I’m sure that gets her into 3 billion and she’s not nearly done. assuming she doesn’t die young, she will continue to tour like Madonna and Cher. Of course, it will never hit the success of the eras tour but probably no one will.

I don’t really care that much about Taylor or the new album but it really it’s not fair when people diminish her success and try to say men have done she’s done.  That’s the point, no one else has. It seems to bother the hell out of some people, but it’s just a fact.

And if Taylor is an aging popstar, what exactly is Mick Jagger lol? Who cares how old she is… She’s probably going to be doing this for a long time. [/quote]
