My daughter has a lot of black and Latina friends (her school is 25% white), and her friends know who Taylor  Swift is and would acknowledge that she's popular "in her social group." My daughter could name the artists that they prefer, and could also acknowledge that they are popular "in her social group." You must be really closed off.[/quote]
