They’ve served 30 years and they appear to be rehabilitated. So why are they still in jail? [/quote] How do they appear to be rehabilitated?? I don’t think dealing/selling drugs, purchasing illegal phones (contraband) nor defrauding victims in an elaborate tax scheme are signs that someone is rehabilitated.[/quote]
