Tilden parent are people who didn’t quite have the life they were led to believe they deserved. They had to settle for North Bethesda rather than Bethesda, WJ rather than Churchill. They think they can socially engineer better for their kids. [/quote]

You say this like it's a bad thing, wanting your kids to be better off than you are. This comment speaks of either elitism from someone who made it to Bethesda, but wants to gate keep or someone jealous that they did not even make it as "high" as N Bethesda. I'm sure there are plenty of dbags in the Tilden area, but wanting your kid to do better is not something bad.  [/quote]

sure, but do you have proof? Also, the comment that was replied to was equating Tilden parents to jealous have-nots with zero proof - implying that wanting something better for their kids was a bad thing.[/quote]
