I live in North Potomac(zoned to QO HS), not part of kentland/Lakeland, and not part of city of Gaithersburg district. I found out that I am not part of city of Gaithersburg through classes and  camp registration. Where should I belong to? [/quote]

Not really.  Stone Mill, Dufief, and Travilah are all in the area along Travilah Road and Dufief Mill Road.[/quote]
