It’s the sign of a good private school if your head of school is willing to make a phone call for the kid, especially after a deferral or waitlist.[/quote] Our non-TT NYC private got a kid off a top 10 WL. Counselor literally told my dc, “just a minute, I have to make this call to get this person in” and the next day kid was in. [/quote]
