So I have no idea how he feels about ad hoc telework. Does he trust our directors discretion? I have no idea. But the more we abuse it or bring attention to it by asking them to write a policy down on paper, the greater the chance the policy will be something we don’t like. Best for us to shut up and wait. Maybe once day he’ll decide that one, two, or three days of telework is actually not that bad. Time for all of us to just suck it up and do our work.
