That $14 million saves DC money by taking cars off the road and reducing road maintenance and other costs associated with vehicles.

sounds like you know how many people who use capital bikeshare would have driven if they hadn't been using capital bikeshare. do tell. im very curious what your number is and how you know. i suspect capital bikeshare does very little getting cars off the road because users would otherwise be walking or taking public transportation or riding their own bikes. but you clearly have information that we do not so please share.
