The hairdresser is pretty up-scale and goes to the really high end industry conferences every year. This info is a couple years old, though, I'll admit, so maybe it has changed. She told me the cheaper extensions come mostly come from India, but that hair requires a lot of processing in order to make lgolden or blonde extensions, so does not have as good results as the hair purchased from Eastern Europe, if the goal is golden extensions. I thought the whole discussion was very interesting, just from an economics/market perspective.[/quote]
