The paratrooper didn’t speak to Biden, or even look at him. The guy was totally unaware that the President of the United States was looking at him, speaking to him, or making gestures at him. It’s embarrassing because Biden can’t even command the attention of a paratrooper from a few feet away. He’s feeble.

It’s utterly embarrassing the Italian PM is charged with minding Biden and making him pay attention and do as he is supposed to. He should not need her assistance. He literally is led around by people around him.[/quote]
