The bolded is funny.  I remember a certain president (that is currently in office btw) saying that if you get the vaccine you cannot get covid.  Has he been jailed for lying about a product? Nope.

You know why the covid vaccine is [u]still[/u] under EUA for young kids? It hasn't been shown to be effective.  But this current administration is pushing for young kids to get it because it "saves lives".  Provides no benefit to  those U12 kids, so it that lying about a product? I would say yes.  But no one has been charged with a crime because of 1A.

Also, people lie about products All. The. Time.  Ever seen a TV add for a non-FDA supplement? They lie.

You know what is also covered? Certain threats that do not incite violence or are a directs threat.  Chant "kill the rich!" and you won't be thrown in jail.  Remember when people were calling for "burning it all down!" during the 2020 summer of love? They weren't arrested.  All covered by 1A.
