Would love to hear from the posters who insisted three pages back that she's not "signaling" anything with her clothes.

A lot of women aspire to look exactly like her and will dress in a similar fashion even if she didn't exist. For me as a foreigner she looks very American. Her dressing might be kitchy, but it's not camp in any way. That would be a compliment.[/quote]

You're still confusing camp with kitch, but hey, that only means her style is even more sophisticated and deliberate.

It's absolute nonsense that she looks like a drag queen. And it's absurd how you like the sound of that statement, but you don't want it to sound derogatory, because looking like a drag queen shouldn't be bad...just ineffective and "completely mental" (?!).
