Agree with this. I also think the emotional abuse continued after the split, and that she can prove she tried to come to terms with his buying out her share of the business. The kids are not stupid, they saw how much stress this caused her. Considering what he did to the family, seems like he was a real @sshole after the fact too. From another website:

5 years after it happened and apparently none of it reported to the authorities at the time or at any time since. I might buy that she didn't report to the FBI on scene because she was in a state of shock or whatever, but she's now alleging Pitt choked one of the kids.

I admit I have not been following this really closely, but what I do remember reading/seeing is that every time she hears something from the court she doesn't like she revives this allegations with a new twist. She was also the one that objected to the mediator they BOTH agreed to when things didn't go exactly her way. She's been accused of parental alienation.

Brad Pitt may not be a choir boy, and maybe his kids do have an actual aversion to, or dislike of him because of what happened during that flight. But Angelina's behavior since that flight has in every way indicated that she's not the reasonable party in this situation.[/quote]
