Hello!  You were actually next, so here we go…

I see you peeking around a door asking to speak to your boss, but you seem nervous.  You felt the energy of your boss was off at the time, so you backed away.  This makes me feel that you need to speak up and ask about this promotion instead of trusting it will happen.  Sometimes if we come off as timid, even if we are strong, people will try to use that to their advantage.  It could even be as easy as the just forgot because you “mind your business”.  I sense that you are a very valued and hard worker and you NEED to be compensated for that.  You work hard when others goof off.  You need to show them your strength along with your hard work and speak up for yourself.  If the TRULY value you, you will get it.  If they don’t, then you need to decide what you have to do.  A person of your work ethic needs to be show how valued they are both with praise and monetary gains.

You are very strong, but I feel you don’t want to ruffle any feathers.  I feel like you may think that could lead to you being let go and you do like where you are overall.  You have drive and an ability to bring what you want into your life, but you have to focus on speaking your voice and letting them know that you know you deserve it.   I feel like there is sort of a pattern here that you are caught in and being vocal about your needs may help to break that.  You have choices and I think if for some reason they don’t respond to you well, you will be someone else’s gain.  If that is a path that you take in the future, remember to start the job with the drive and strong voice.

It’s bringing you down a bit and may even be causing you to not work as hard or efficiently as you once had due to apathy.

The cards that represent the Outcome should you do the work are the 3 of Wands in reverse and Death.  Should you do this work you will feel reconnected to what you are doing and it will bring new life to what may feel like is old and stale.
