It's called branding. Something the GOP is good at. The great part is, those that voted against it, voted against the "Inflation Reduction Act". So, to the ignorant masses, they are against reducing inflation. That's good politics.[/quote]

Voters are not that stupid, pal.

They know this bill does nothing to decrease inflation.  In fact, some are predicting it will INCREASE inflation.

So when inflation worsens, the GOP just says, "See - we told you so."

It doesn't have to convince everyone and the GOP is going to claim it's terrible whatever the policy is. It allows Dems to write attack ads that are technically true. Of course, it does lots of good things. I could care less if it does anything about inflation.[/quote]
