No, your three year old doesn’t need my kids to mask for him. Your three year old is at incredibly low risk from Covid. Sacrificed? You sound crazy. Covid has addled your brain and your perspective on life’s risks. Also, PK is not a mandatory grade, and you are welcome to keep your child at home to keep him safe. Or find a private daycare with safety standards more to your liking.[/quote]

Sure my kid is low risk - but not lower than your vaccinated kid. Nice that you can sleep at night knowing your kid may not have lifelong complications or get MIS-C. PK isn't a mandatory grade but as a taxpayer, I pay for DC public schools and am entitled to universal prek. Why should my kid be at risk because your precious vaccinated baby won't wear a mask? it's a mask. My 3 year old knows how to wear one...and (gasp!) can express herself and learn and fully participate in school while wearing one. This isn't hard. [/quote]

My kid has ASD and a hard enough time making social connections when everyone can see each other’s faces. His life doesn’t need to be harder to cater to your irrational anxieties about infinitesimally small risks. I slept just fine even before my kids went vaccinated. You need some help if this keeps you up at night. Seriously.[/quote]
