But Judge Chutkan hasn't ruled yet on Trump's motion for an injunction and he's getting really nervous. So then Trump filed a motion for an emergency stay, but you can't stay a ruling that doesn't exist, haha. The judge has promised to rule "expeditiously" on his injunction request. As soon as issues her ruling on the injunction (which she's going to deny), Trump will go to the Court of Appeals for an emergency stay. That's where things could slow down, but we'll see. Some of these judges seem pretty alarmed by what happened on 1/6.

I’m not a lawyer and don’t pretend to be one, but can you point to me a place where Donald has experienced any real consequences for any of the felonies he committed? I mean, I’m sure Garland is working, on something, and I know justice is slow but no one is doing enough, and that rat fink is probably going to manage to skate on the important stuff, as are his co-conspirators (we all know he wasn’t smart enough to do the planning!).[/quote]
