Congratulations. It seems like a good time to sell. I hope you got oodles of money. We have a lot invested in DC and I worry that with the socialist-developer Axis ( ie profit disguised in feel good) it will get all Hugo Chavez up in here and we will lose everything we have worked for :( Plus the rising crime! Have you seen the articles on people fleeing San Francisco? Same thing. Deteriorating quality of life loses value and charm fast .[/quote]

They’re woke and you must not mind the actual people who pay taxes getting shot. I’m sure it’s just the cost of doing business for a woke society. Right? Second chances, after school programs and sensitivity training will stop all this. Yes, we have a stupid, woke city council who are soft on crime and we have a stupid comprehensive plan that was revised by stupid religious groups who protested to ensure we have 0-30% AMI included with a bunch of new development at places like Res-13 , along with more stupid subsidized housing which just creates more generational dependence and stupid crime. It’s all stupid but you feel good don’t you? You feel like a sanctimonious progressive foisting all this poverty and crime on a city that was on an otherwise trajectory. Fk em I say. Let them move. If you can’t afford the rent and you can’t be peaceful get the fk out.[/quote]
