Overall, I think yesterday went really well. It was a little slow; we seem to have a lot of 8 and unders this year so multiple heats of kids who aren't used to the process yet and the usual rash of DQs in back/breast/fly slowing things down. Heats definitely started moving faster once we hit the 11+ kids in each stroke. But my kid had some good swims and I think everyone really had fun.[/quote]
