I am sure you’re serious but not sure you know what you’re talking about. [/quote] This. I posted earlier about the many factors that could influence a plea. Feds take CP very seriously. There are absolutely reasons why individual defendants get shorter sentences or get to plea to lesser charges, but it is absolutely not because Feds would never prosecute possession without distribution or because they don't take CP seriously.
